Version: Polyurethane coat with a copper-coated steel coil embedded in the wall. The inner walls are relatively smooth, the material has hydrolysis durability
Temperature range: -40°C to max. +90°C, temporary to +125°C
Wall thickness: approx. 0.55 - 0.8 mm
Application: High tear and abrasion resistance, high elasticity and aging resistance. No plasticizer additives, fatigue free, resistant to solvents, oils, grease, wax and petrol to a large extent, bend resistant. The transparency helps to monitor the working processes in the hose very effectively.
Operating range: Preferred in areas exposed to the risk of fire and even for suction technologies (Industrial suction unit), granulated material, sand, gravel, gears, cement, oil, chemical industry, paint and laquer industry, industrial cleaning, wood industry (corresponding to the Holz-BG specifications)
Advantages: •PU hose is often more abrasion resistant than the common rubber hose, •minor settling of the transported material by relatively smooth inner walls, •not easily flammable, •Material is hydrolysis durable
