3-way ball valves with electrical rotary actuator (industrial version), PN 40

Ball valve:
Materials: Housing: nickel-plated brass, ball: hard chromium plated brass, seal: PTFE / NBR
Temperature range: -10°C to max. +100°C
Properties: Pressure inlet is possible from all the three sides
Operating range: Water, oil, compressed air, fuels, heating oil, solvents, colour, paint, weak acids and alkalis
Rotary actuator: Electrical rotary actuator with optical position indicator, manual emergency operation and switch room heating Two additional limit switches are installed for further control requirements. An electronic torque monitoring unit prevents damage in the event of overload. The manual emergency operation can be done without dismantling the external cladding.
Temperature range: -10°C to max. +70°C
Voltage: Type 24: 12 - 24 V AC/DC, type 220: 85 - 240 V AC/DC (rotary actuators can be operated with DC and AC).
Protection class: IP 65
Power-on time: 75 %
Regulating time: 8 to 12 seconds
Optional: Regulating time 140 sec. (only for actuator size 2) -140, "Battery Safety Return" for emergency closing NC (standard configuration) or emergency opening NO (switch via jumper) if there is a power failure -BSR

Warning: In case of high media temperatures, the actuator must be cooled if necessary!
