Piston rod materials for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders

Suitable: The material of the piston rod helps in remanufacturing worn out piston rods of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. The material can be processed and welded using commercially available tools.
Materials: 20MnV6
Surface quality: Ground and hard chromium plated, surface roughness max. 0.3 µm
Chromium coating thickness: 25 µm (± 5 µm)
Rod length: 6 metres (Ø 8 - 14: 3 metres)
Customised manufacturing: We manufacture your piston rods according to your details. For this purpose, we require a drawing or a specimen.
Repair service: We offer you repairs of the complete cylinder. Please contact us.
